Includes everything in Basic, plus:
- Water heater flush & inspection
- Gutter cleaning & debris removal (1x per year)
- Light fixture & ceiling fan cleaning
- Door & window caulking touch-ups

Total Home Protection

- Full gutter cleaning (2x per year)
- Full HVAC tune-up & filter service
- Smart home & lighting checks
- Exterior inspection (siding, deck, fencing, driveway)
- Rotating power washing (driveway, deck, or siding)
- Handyman time credit (1–2 hours per visit for small fixes)
- Annual home health report with before/after photos & recommendations
